Conversion of a listed industrial building with a Zollinger roof construction into three individual office and agency units, e.g. for the company Eisfink. The Eisfink office represents the center part, which is accessed via the shipping containers in the hall. At the same time, this hall makes up the connecting axis of the whole Werkzentrum Weststadt in Ludwigsburg.
