Redesign of the former boiler house on the traditional brewery site of “Quenzer Bräu” in Bad Urach into a wine store with a bistro . During reconstruction of the old boiler house, the existing quality of the industrial building was retained, thus making the charm of the old beer plant continuously visible. Unrendered clinker, polished screed and sturdy wooden furniture, as well as modern design elements and memorable artifacts of the technical facility make the former industrial character live on in the bistro and wine bar.
